Naci was a fun tournament with almost everyone catching a five-fish limit. Congratulations to Jared Lintner & Nick Salvucci with an impressive weight of 13.29 Lbs. I remember when Jared started fishing and all he did was donate his money to all of us. Boy has things changed. They are doing great and we are proud of them. Keep up the good work in your tour this year. I would like to thank my Lions Club for cooking all those great burritos, as I know we all enjoyed them. Once again, thank all of you for your support and friendship and thinking of me while I was in the hospital. You all mean everything to me or I would not be doing this. We do it for you as this is the best Circuit in bass fishing.

Payback Changes for the 2011 Season!

For the first twenty years of our history we focused on paying very deep. Times changed and the focus of many became how much could the top couple of team earn at each event. Well, times have again changed and value is back in style! In 2011 we will pay 1 out of every 3 boats! That’s right, with 30 paid entries we will pay 10 places! That is 4 more checks paid than what is paid with the 1 in 5 boats that is currently in use by just about everyone. In addition, a higher percentage will be paid at each event while still keeping the Team Classic monies in tact!

We made the change to avoid conflicts with other schedules. Please spread the news.

Hope this finds you all well and ready to fish. We are starting our season in October 9th and all of us are looking forward to a great year. Hopefully we can build up to around 50 boats. I don’t know what else we can do to make it much better, but if any one has any ideas let us know.
Enclosed is membership forms, waivers, and schedule. Some memberships are due now so check your card and return membership with payment. Please fill out and send back to Bobby Doss, 830 Twilight Court, Santa Maria, California 93455.
